Our Web Site Maintenance services DOES NOT cover areas such as updating of Flash animation, reprogramming of Flash animation, programming of web application, editing of dynamically generated pages, copywriting, proofreading etc.

4. What is the average turnaround time?
Our Web Site Maintenance services turnaround time is within 24 business work hours provided that we have received all the necessary content write-ups and photos in softcopy format.

5. What if my website has Flash animation that I need to change or edit?
We will had to quote separately depending on the complexity of the Flash animation and whether the source code and source files are still available. In the event that the source file is not available, it might be more costly and take a little bit of time to re-program the Flash animation.

6. What is a CMS and how is it different from your services?
CMS stands for 'Content Management System'. It is a system whereby the administrator can log in and to update various sections of the website on their own. CMS is good for certain areas where the design is simple and the number of pages range anywhere from 500 to 1000+ pages.

In addition, all photos must already be touched-up before uploading as the CMS does not perform intelligent image editing. Moreover, if you were to change the design, it will definitely require additional re-programming of the CMS to fit that new design.

Our web maintenance services takes care of all the updating, touching up and editing of photos, and it doesn't cost a bomb to use. You do not require any software or programming skills to start updating your site!

7. What do I need to provide you with to start using your Web Site Maintenance Services?
